Originally from Charlotte, NC, Jazmine moved to Miami after graduating from North Carolina Central University to pursue a career in hospitality. Though she left in 2018, love brought her back—both to the city and to Dwayne. While she always believed Miami would be part of her professional journey, she never expected it would also lead to marriage. Now, as co-founder of The Flowers Finance LLC, she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Dwayne and Jazmine Flowers met in 2016, began dating in 2020, and married in 2022. Their shared commitment to faith, growth, and service led to the founding of The Flowers Finance LLC—a family-owned, faith-driven company focused on empowering communities through ethical financial solutions. Outside of work, they enjoy time with their dogs, fashion (Dwayne), and food (Jazmine), always staying grounded in purpose and partnership.
A third-generation Miamian with Bahamian roots, Dwayne is deeply shaped by the culture and character of his city. As the oldest of three siblings, he values family, heritage, and excellence. Whether it’s a rare vinyl, vintage tee, or the perfect pair of shoes, Dwayne has a natural eye for quality—something he brings into every aspect of life and business. As co-founder of The Flowers Finance LLC, he blends style, service, and substance with purpose.
